At first we were really apprehensive as this was only our second time having dialysis outside of the UK however the team were great from setting us at ease when we first arrived to the treatment. The medical staff were always there to help and at times it was needed. Sometimes it can be disconcerting even with the same setup you are used to at home, that the process can be slightly different, however when we asked why this was, the team always explained what they were doing and answered any questions we had. At no point did we ever feel uneasy.

I am a paitent who used Merrimac Dialysis Centre. I travelled from UK 🇬🇧 to celebrate my 50th Birthday with family in Dubai. Within a week MDC was able to organise my Dialysis and all the paperwork they requested was all spot on. Once reaching there I was welcomed by Prajeev (Dialysis Tech) & Nazma ( Jr Doctor) they showed me around there clinc which is designed for 6 paitents, over 2 shifts mornings & afternoons. Furthermore staff then introduced themselves also John and Ahmed. Ahmed was the one who brought me Tea and a sandwich. The manager Rini Jayin was great and very helpful she also organised the Taxi back to me Hotel The Dukes Palm Jumeirah, Ahmed would walk down with you to make sure you got into the Taxi. The main Doctor who's owns the centre was always there on hand just in case of an emergency. The clinic is set up in a building which is surrounded by three big Hospitals, they call the area HealthCity. I would Highly recommend Merrimac Dialysis Centre to any Dialysis paitent.
